INSTANTS ÉTERNELS lets a family preserve, organize, and pass on memories related to its children: photos, videos, voice recordings, stories, creations, and Time Capsules.
Parents manage the family, children, invitations, access, and private content. They are responsible for the people they invite into their family space.
Family & Friends only access children they have been connected to and must respect the private, family nature of the content they can see.
Users must have the right to store and share the content they add. Illegal, malicious, or rights-infringing content is not allowed.
Features intended for children remain under Parent supervision according to the child’s age and available app settings.
Access to paid features depends on the selected plan. Applicable pricing and free-trial terms are shown on the Pricing page when subscribing.
A family can request a copy of its data and request deletion of its family space. Some permanent actions may require verification to prevent accidental deletion.
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but maintenance, updates, or technical incidents may cause temporary downtime.
Each user must keep their sign-in credentials confidential and promptly report any access they believe is unusual.
